When you're busy with deployments, keeping track of everything can be overwhelming. Dogteampro makes it simple by letting you log every important detail in one place, so you can focus on your work knowing the records are all set.
Customizable Fields
Note: As an administrator you can customize the following fields.

General Information Section
- Team: Select one or more K9 teams to track your deployment or share it with your team.
- Date: Log the exact date of the call.
- Start & End Times: Record your deployment's start and end times to capture a full timeline of events.
- Location: Enter the exact location of the call to easily track where your team responded.
- Incident Type: Specify the type of call you responded to (e.g., narcotics search, search and rescue), so you can quickly reference the reason for the call.
- Case Call Number: Track case numbers from external RMS systems or use your own custom IDs for easy reference.
- Add Tags: Customize your deployment logs by adding tags to organize them better. For example, if you're assisting another agency, use a tag to flag that call, making it easy to find in future searches or reporting.
- Weather: Automatically captures the weather conditions at the time the deployment ended.
Activity Section
- Activity Type: Log the specific skill your dog used during the deployment (e.g., narcotics detection, search).
- Activity Result: Record the outcome of the dog’s activity (e.g., alert, no alert).
- Activity Notes: Add any extra details about the activity your dog performed during the deployment.
- Persons: Enter suspect information and keep track of the bite ratio.
- Evidence Items: Record any evidence collected during the call for accurate case documentation.
- Attachments: Easily upload relevant files or photos directly from your device to keep all deployment data in one place.
- Maps: Add or create maps of your tracks to visually document your deployment path (Especially useful for search and rescue, tracking operations, and other activities.)
- Add Activity: If your deployment involved multiple tasks, you can add additional activities to keep a complete record of everything that occurred.
- Narrative: Write a detailed deployment summary to capture the important details and events.
Additional Options
- Delete Log: Remove a log from your agency’s records if it's no longer needed.
- Export Log: Generate a PDF copy of the deployment log for easy sharing or offline storage.
- Submit Log/Complete: Finalize the deployment log and move it along to the next step in your agency’s approval or review process.
- Log History: The "Log History" feature allows you to track past saves and notes for rejected or completed logs.
