Deployment Log Reports
Dogteampro's Deployment Reports provide valuable insights into your deployment statistics, assisting you in tracking progress and ensuring effective communication of the impact of the K9 unit outcomes. You can find Deployment Reports in the Reports section of the app and choosing “Deployment Logs” on the top left tab.
Deployment Overview
The Deployment Overview report gives you a quick bird's eye view of all your K9 deployments. It tells you how many deployments you've had, the total time spent, and which K9s were involved. Think of it as a cheat sheet for understanding your K9's deployment history.
Deployment Incidents
The Deployment Incidents report helps you see how many incidents (calls) occurred and what types they were. You can filter by K9 to see individual stats or narrow down by dates or tags to see how often certain incidents happen.
Evidence Collected
The Evidence Collected report brings together all the evidence found during K9 deployments. It displays the types of evidence discovered and their quantity.
Deployment Activity
The Deployment Activity report gives you a summary of activities over a specific period of time.
Activity Results
The Activity Results report is a summary of how your K9 deployments went. The K9 Deployment Activity Report details the outcomes of those K9 activities (skills) used on a call.
Deployment Tags
Have you ever wondered how many times your team assisted other agencies in the area? The Deployment Tags report includes the breakdown and how many times each tag occurred.
Persons
Detailed reports are essential when tracking K9 deployments, especially for bite incidents. With the bite ratio reports, you can easily break down interactions by race and sex, making it straightforward to provide clear and compliant data to your department. This feature also helps unit supervisors and admin stay ahead by tracking ratios before a defense team asks for it.
