How To Customize The Log Review Signature Process
Each agency has its own way of reviewing logs. With Dogteampro, administrators can choose how logs are reviewed based on the different user roles in the system. You can keep the same process for both training sessions and deployments or set them up differently.

Note: Admin users can approve logs in any status.
Real World Use Cases
If Both Trainer And Supervisor Reviews Are Needed
There may be scenarios where a double review process is required, such as:
- Overseeing new trainers and needing to approve their evaluation of a training exercise.
- Ensuring a final approval of a training log that has been approved by an external trainer.
- Any other case where a final check by a supervisor or admin is required.

In this setup, a Trainer completes the first review of the training log, followed by a second review from a Supervisor.

For deployment logs, the approval order is different. The first review is done by a Supervisor, followed by a second review by a Trainer.

Note: If you want a specific trainer to review your log, make sure to include them on your log under the "trainer" field.
If Only Trainer Review is Required
In this scenario, there is no Supervisor listed on the account or you do not require a Supervisor to review your logs, but you still want a Trainer to review them.

If Only Supervisor Review Is Required
In scenarios where the Supervisor also acts as the Trainer, or you don't have a Trainer, you can enable Supervisor review only for your training or deployment logs. This setup allows any supervisor to approve your logs.

If Neither Trainer Nor Supervisor Review Is Necessary
You can also disable both reviews. This is particularly helpful for users who don’t require an extra review step, as they can manage the approval of their logs independently.

System Administrator Access
System administrators have full approval access to any log, regardless of its status. They can reject completed reports and adjust workflow settings as needed. You can enable administrator permissions in the user section of the app. More on enabling admin permissions.
