How To Create Training And Deployment Reports

Whether you’re a supervisor or a handler with full access to your agency's information, you can easily pull up reports that matter most to you. To access your agency's reports just click the report option at the top of your screen, and you’re in.

Report Types

In Dogteampro, you have two main types of reports to choose from:
  • Deployment Reports: These provide a detailed overview of your K9s' deployment activities. You’ll find information on each deployment, including dates, evidence collected, and outcomes.
  • Training Reports: These focus on the specifics of your training sessions, covering the most important details from time spent on exercises to the results. They also include details on any odors or training items used during the sessions.

Report Selection

You’ll find the report options on the right side of your screen in your Dogteampro app. This is where all the data you and your team enter gets organized into clear categories like training and deployment overview, training exercises, deployment incidents, and more. It’s a quick way to dive into the details without having to dig around. Just click, and you’re ready to see the bigger picture.

Dashboard

The dashboard section is your go-to spot for a quick overview of everything. Here, you’ll see visual graphs and summaries that break down your total training sessions, exercise time, items, and other key details from the reports. It’s all laid out in one place, making it easy to get a snapshot of your team’s activity and performance without any extra steps. Just head to the dashboard, and you’ll have all the info you need at a glance.

Drilldown

Some reports allow you to quickly reference deployment or training logs where data was captured. Just click on the drilldown to view a list of available logs, and then click on the link to access the specific log.

Filters

Report Filters allow you to narrow down the data displayed including the date range, K9, and other optional categories.  Clear the filters by clicking the reset link.

Export To PDF

Every Dogteampro deployment report has the ability to export by clicking the “Export” button in the top right. Exporting a report will allow you to download your data in PDF format that you can print or present to anyone in your K9 team.
