How to Clear Your Cache
If your browser isn't loading the Dogteampro website, it could be because you need to clear your cache. This is a great place to start when troubleshooting loading and display issues!
In Google Chrome
- On the top right, click on the three vertical dots.
- Click Delete browsing data.
- In the pop-up window, set the time range to All time.
- Make sure the Cached images and files checkbox is selected.
- Hit delete data.
- Reload Dogteampro.
In Microsoft Edge
- Click the Menu icon (three dots) in the top-right corner of the Edge window.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- In the left-hand menu, click on Privacy, search, and services.
- Scroll down to the Clear browsing data section and click the Choose what to clear button.
- In the pop-up window, set the Time range to All time.
- Check the box next to Cached images and files.
- Click the Clear now button to remove the data.
- Reload Dogteampro.
In Safari
- Click on the Safari menu at the top of your screen.
- Select Settings
- Go to the Privacy tab and click on Manage Website Data
- Select Remove All to clear the cache and website data
- Reload Dogteampro
In Firefox
- In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox
- Select Settings (or preferences on older macOS versions)
- Select Privacy & Security
- In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data
- On the drop down next to When, choose Everything.
- In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Settings (select Preferences on older macOS versions).
- Select the Privacy & Security panel.
- In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data…
- On the dropdown next to When, choose Everything. Make sure that only Temporary cached files and pages is check marked.
- Click the Clear button.
- Reload Dogteampro.
