How to Clear Your Cache

If your browser isn't loading the Dogteampro website, it could be because you need to clear your cache. This is a great place to start when troubleshooting loading and display issues!

In Google Chrome

  1. On the top right, click on the three vertical dots.
  2. Click Delete browsing data.
  3. In the pop-up window, set the time range to All time.
  4. Make sure the Cached images and files checkbox is selected.
  5. Hit delete data.
  6. Reload Dogteampro.

In Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the Menu icon (three dots) in the top-right corner of the Edge window.
  2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. In the left-hand menu, click on Privacy, search, and services.
  4. Scroll down to the Clear browsing data section and click the Choose what to clear button.
  5. In the pop-up window, set the Time range to All time.
  6. Check the box next to Cached images and files.
  7. Click the Clear now button to remove the data.
  8. Reload Dogteampro.

In Safari

  1. Click on the Safari menu at the top of your screen.
  2. Select Settings
  3. Go to the Privacy tab and click on Manage Website Data
  4. Select Remove All to clear the cache and website data
  5. Reload Dogteampro

In Firefox

  1. In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox
  2. Select Settings (or preferences on older macOS versions)
  3. Select Privacy & Security
  4. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data
  5. On the drop down next to When, choose Everything.
  6. In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Settings (select Preferences on older macOS versions).
  7. Select the Privacy & Security panel.
  8. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data…
  9. On the dropdown next to When, choose Everything. Make sure that only Temporary cached files and pages is check marked.
  10. Click the Clear button.
  11. Reload Dogteampro.
