How To Customize Your Agency's Training Tags
Tags are a great way to categorize your training activities. Whether you want to track who you're training with, training courses, or anything else, you can customize tags to fit your needs.
Note: You’ll find this feature in your agency settings, and only administrators can make changes.
How to Use Tags in Training Logs
To add tags in your training logs:
- Open a new training log by clicking the “+” icon at the top right of your screen.
- Fill in the required fields such as the K9 team, location, and training type.
- Click on the "Add Tags" option.
- In the "Tags" field, add any relevant tags, such as the name of the agency, class name, etc.
Tags can be added in your
Settings under the
Training Options menu, making them customizable for any specific use case your team might need.
How to Add New Tags in Training Logs
Customizing tags is straightforward. If you are looking to add new tags, you can follow these steps to customize them:
- Click on your user icon in the top right corner and go to Settings.
- From there, select Training Options and then Tags.
- To add a new tag, click on the "Create" button and enter the name of the new tag.
- To edit an existing tag, simply click on the tag name, make your changes, and click "Save".
- To delete a tag, select the tag, then click "Delete" to remove it completely from the list.
How to Filter Tags in The Logs Screen
If you want to filter your training logs by specific tags to review past sessions:
- Click on the Logs option in the blue bar at the top of the screen.
- Choose the Training tab.
- In the left-hand panel, under "Other," you'll see a "Tags" field.
- Select the tag you'd like to filter by, and the screen will update to show only the logs that include that tag.
