This feature is particularly useful for agencies where detailed bite ratio reporting is required.
When you are creating a new deployment log, you can easily include basic suspects details.
- Click on the "Add Person" option below the activity notes section.
- You can capture if there was a use of force and the K9 bit the person, you can record this by selecting the appropriate option by toggling the bite option ON or OFF.
- Enter the individual's sex, race, and add any other relevant details to the notes section.
- You can add multiple entries by clicking the "Add" button again.
Adding this information to your deployment logs allows you to generate detailed reports, helping unit supervisors and admins monitor bite ratios.
Bite Ratio Reports
If you're an admin, supervisor, or anyone with access to reports, you can navigate to the deployment report section, scroll down to the "Persons" report, and generate a detailed bite ratio report. This report provides details on the race and sex of the individuals you've interacted with and whether any bites occurred during those interactions. It's a valuable tool for presenting bite ratio data up the chain if needed.
