How To Add New Records In My K9's Profile
Dogteampro lets you store all records for each handler and K9 in one place, making it easy to access and review when needed. You can add different types of records to track important information such as records of the K9’s vaccinations, expenses in food, certification, and more.
Adding K9 Records To Your K9's profile.
To add a new record go to "My Profile" and click on "Open K9 Details"
Note: Your K9 needs to be assigned to your user to see your K9 in your profile.
Then click on the blue "Add Record" button in the "Records" section.
- Date: The app will automatically capture the date when you enter the record, but you can change it to any other date if needed.
- Type: Add the type of record you're including in your K9 profile.
- Comments: Type any additional information about this record.
- Cost: Add any associated expenses.
- Expiration Date: The "Expiration Date" field will trigger a notification on that date to alert you of upcoming due dates, such as the next K9 vaccination.
- Upload: Dogteampro supports a wide range of formats. You can add media, PDFs, or Excel files to your account from both mobile devices and desktop computers.
- Save: Finally, click on "Save" to apply the changes.
Adding K9 Records For Other K9's.
To access other K9's profiles, go to the top right and use the drop-down arrow to select “Settings.” Then click on the “K9” option.
Note: You need to be an administrator to access your agency's settings.
Hover over the K9 and click on "Edit". Follow the steps at the beginning of this article to add a new K9 record.
Adding A New K9 Record Type
To add a new "K9 Record Type", click on the "Create" button in the "K9 Record Type" section.
Type the name, and you'll have a section to type a description for other administrators.
Finally, click on "Save" to apply the changes.
